Automation and AI
Quotes that never get a follow up. Happy customers who never leave a review. Invoices you have to chase. We set up your software to send these messages for you, so they go out every time.
The problem
These tasks are simple. They just don't get done when you're busy on a job.
Quotes that go quiet
You send a quote and don't hear back. Calling to ask if they've decided feels awkward, so you don't call, and the job goes to someone else.
Reviews that never get written
Customers say they'll leave a review tonight. Most of them forget. Asking again feels pushy.
Late payments and no shows
You spend Friday afternoon sending payment reminders. Customers forget appointments, and you can't fill the empty time.
What we build
Messages and tasks that run on their own, written in your words.
Follow ups and reminders
A short, friendly text a few days after a quote. Appointment reminders the day before. Payment reminders on the schedule you pick. Each one stops when the customer replies or pays.
Review requests
When a job is marked done, the customer gets a text with a direct link to your Google review page. Every customer gets asked, the same way, every time.
AI inside your tools
AI that does specific, useful tasks. For example, writing a first draft of a quote from your notes, sorting incoming emails, or summing up a long job history. A person on your team checks the result.
How it works
-
1
We find the repeat tasks
We ask what you do the same way every week. Then we start with the tasks that take the most time or lose you the most work.
-
2
We write the messages with you
Every text and email is written in plain language and approved by you. Nothing goes to your customers that you haven't read.
-
3
We start small and check it
We turn it on for a small group of customers first, check the results, and make changes before it runs for everyone.
What changes for you
Every quote gets a follow up
Customers who went quiet hear from you every time, not only when you remember.
More reviews
Every happy customer gets asked, not only the ones you remember to ask.
Your evenings back
Reminders and follow ups go out while you're on a job or at home. You stop doing office work at night.
Common questions
Have a different question? Book a short call and we'll answer it.
Will my customers know it's automated?
The messages come from your business and are written in your words. They're short and plain, like a text you would send yourself. When a customer replies, it goes to a real person on your team.
Are you going to replace our phone calls with an AI bot?
No, not unless you ask for it, and we'll tell you the downsides first. A lot of customers don't want to talk to a bot. We use AI for office tasks your customers don't see, and keep real people on the phone.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
It can. That's why we use AI for tasks where a person checks the result, or where a mistake is small and easy to fix. We don't set it up to send important messages to customers without someone reviewing them.
Do we need permission to text our customers?
In most places, yes. We build in opt out handling and a record of consent, but you are responsible for following the rules where you do business. Our Terms of Service explain more.
