Custom Software
You pay for five different tools that don't connect, and the important stuff still ends up in a spreadsheet. We build one system that works the way your business already runs.
The problem
Most business software is built to fit as many companies as possible. That means it rarely fits yours.
Nothing connects
Jobs are in one app, invoices in another, customer notes in email, and the rest in a spreadsheet. Your team types the same info two or three times, and mistakes happen.
It doesn't match how you work
The software has one way of doing things, and it isn't yours. So your team finds workarounds, or goes back to spreadsheets for the parts it can't handle.
Paying for what you don't use
You pay per user, you have to buy seats in packs, and the one feature you need is only in the top plan. The bill goes up every time you hire someone.
What we build
Software made for your business only. It runs in a web browser, so it works on any computer, tablet, or phone.
Web apps
The tools your team uses every day to quote, book, track, and bill work. Built around your steps, using the names you already use for things.
Internal tools
Small tools that fix one annoying task. For example, a price calculator, an inventory tracker, or a form that replaces a paper process.
Admin panels
One place for managers to see and change everything: customers, jobs, prices, staff, and settings. You control who can see what.
How it works
-
1
We learn your business
We talk with the people who do the work and see how it gets done today. We ask a lot of questions. You don't need to know anything about software.
-
2
We build it in small parts
You see working software early, not only at the end. You tell us what's wrong while it's still easy to change.
-
3
We launch and support it
We move your data in, show your team how to use it, and fix anything that comes up. When you need changes later, we make them.
What changes for you
Enter it once
Info goes in one time and shows up everywhere it's needed. Nobody copies data between programs anymore.
You own it
Once it's paid for, the code is yours. There's no long contract, and your price doesn't go up because you hired more people.
It fits your business
Your steps, your forms, your reports. When the way you work changes, we can change the software too.
Common questions
Have a different question? Book a short call and we'll answer it.
How much does custom software cost?
It depends on what you need. A small internal tool costs a lot less than a full system. After we talk, we send you a written proposal with the price and timeline before any work starts.
What happens if we stop working with you?
You own the code once it's paid for, and the hosting accounts are in your business name. We write down how everything works, so another developer can take over if they need to.
How long does it take?
Small tools can take a few weeks. Larger systems can take a few months. We build the most important part first, so you can start using it sooner.
Our team is used to our spreadsheets. Will they actually use it?
We involve the people who use the spreadsheets from day one. If the new tool is slower or harder than the spreadsheet, we haven't done our job, and we fix it.
